Why OpenBound
You don’t have to already be an adventurer to start becoming one.
Most people don't need more intensity — they need a clear path, a bit of preparation, and people to go with. We work on four things at once.
01
Physical ability
We build capacity gradually — hills, loaded carries, and steady mileage — so the trail feels achievable instead of overwhelming.
02
Confidence
Repetition in real terrain is what turns nervous into capable. You practice the thing before the big day arrives.
03
Knowledge
Packing, food, footwear, weather, pacing, camp setup. The practical skills that make being outside comfortable.
04
Community
Small groups of adults at all levels, moving at a human pace and cheering for each other the whole way.

Training
Train for the life you want to live.
Coaching built around whatever you're working toward — losing weight, keeping strength while on a GLP-1, feeling better day to day, or getting ready for a big trip. $175/month, fully customized.
- Weight loss and body composition
- Training alongside GLP-1 medications
- Menopause and hormonal changes
- General strength and everyday fitness
- Your first backpacking trip or bucket-list hike
Community
Adventure is better together.
Shared meals, slow mornings, and the kind of conversation that only happens a few miles from the trailhead. Our groups stay small on purpose — nobody gets left at the back.
